Notice No. SNGGDCG/ 277 Date: 11/09/2025
In continuation of the Notice No. SNGGDCG/272, dt. 10.09.2025, it is for information to all concern that the Mode of Academic and Administrative audit (internal) is to be modified, and it will be completed as per the followings:
- The blank data format will be mailed to the departmental email IDs on 11.09.2025.
- All the departments will fill the format and send the same to the email ID iqac@snggdcg.ac.in within 16.09.2025. The departments will submit one hard copy of it to the Convenor of the Academic and Administrative Audit committee within 16.09.2025 and keep one hard copy of the same in the department.
- Physical verification of the data, as submitted will be done on 19.09.2025, except for the departments, engaged for Examination on this day.
- Physical verification of the data, as submitted, for the departments, engaged for Examination on 19.09. 2025 will be held on 22.09.2025.
