It is for the information of all concerned that, in connection with the ROPA 2009 DA arrears for the period from 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2019, a Statement of Arrear Bill (Calculation of Pay & Allowances), as obtained from the WBIFMS portal at the D.D.O. end, has been sent individually to all staff members of the college via an email.

All concerned are requested to carefully verify the statement to ascertain whether there is any error (excess or deficit) in the DA arrear amount. Without making any alterations to the DA component, staff members are required to check for discrepancies, if any, in the following:

 

• Basic Pay (BP)
• Grade Pay (GP)
• Annual Increment
• Pay Fixation, etc.

 

After due verification, the concerned staff members must:

 

Clearly mark/note any identified error(s) on a printed copy of the provided statement of bill.

 

Submit the duly checked and marked printout to the college office along with relevant supporting documents.

 

In case no discrepancies are found, the staff members shall submit the printed copy of the statement with a declaration stating that “No discrepancies found.”

 

The last date for submission of the above-mentioned documents in college office is 07.05.2026.
