This is for the information of all concerned that as per G.O. 835-F(e-Gov) dated 28.02.26 preparation and updation of e-Service book particulars in HRMS for the state government employees, following faculties are included in the chain of workflow for e-service book preparation as delineated below:

Approving Authority: Dr. Chandra Kanta Saha, Dr. Piya Seth 

Nodal Officer: Dr. Anik Kumar Chattopadhyay, Mrs. Debdutta Chakraborty (Roy), Mr. Durbadal Mandal 

Delegated Approver: Dr. Piya Seth, Dr. Atreyi Sarkar

Recommending Authority: Dr. Samit Bhanja, Dr. Nabanita Basu, Dr. Sumi Ganguly

Operator: Dr. Bholanath Pakhira, Mr. Aniban Sarkar, Dr. Liza Dutta, Ms. Piyanka Sengupta, Sk. Suraj Ali, Mr. Sandipan Das, Mr. Swarup Halder

Liasson : Mrs. Parul Mandal 

As per the direction of the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal, the matter is very urgent, so the above-mentioned faculty members will exclusively work for this purpose until the completion of the work.
