Students of SEM3 & SEM5 are hereby informed that the date of verification of the documents for SVMCM (RENEWAL) by the college is 10.01.2026. 12NOON to 1:30PM at Department of Microbiology, Room no. T1 (3rd Floor).
RENEWAL APPLICANTS should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies)
• Marksheets of Semesters 3 and 4 (both sides) for 2nd Renewal OR Marksheets of Semesters 1 and 2 (both sides) for 1st Renewal
• Admission receipt of the current semester (SEM-5 for 2nd Renewal OR SEM-3 for 1st Renewal)
- · Utilization Certificates (for both Renewal Applicants) [it must be download from the SVMCM portal after logged in through Applicant Portal]
- Declaration to the HOI with necessary documents

Eligible Applicants of 2nd Renewal (students of SEM5) are earnestly requested to bring all the necessary documents on the mentioned date & time, if not submitted earlier.
For further queries students applying for SVMCM scholarship as fresh /renewal are requested to be present on the mentioned date & time.
NB: In case of Semester mode-All Semester Examinations need to be cleared in the first attempt). Renewal cases (concentrated only at a particular level of study) will be sanctioned subject to good academic performance (Minimum 60% marks should be obtained from Higher Secondary Level to Undergraduate Level(combining both semester) at the promotional examination
