The eminent speakers of this seminar are Dr. Santanu Chakrabarti, Principal (WBSES), Govt General Degree College, Singur. & Dr. Partha Karmakar, WBES, Deputy Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education. All Teachers and Non-Teaching Staff are requested to attend the programme.
