This is to inform the students that who have applied for OASIS (FRESH AND RENEWAL) online have to be present in the college premises for verification on 11.02.2025 (Tuesday). Verification of documents will be done at Room no. S 21 from 1pm to 2 pm.  

Fresh Applicants should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies). The students are hereby informed to make TWO (2) sets of photocopies of the original documents.

• Printed copy of Acknowledgement Slip for OASIS application
• Printed OASIS Application Form
• DOB document
• Mark sheets of the last qualifying examination or semester
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority
• Aadhaar Card
• Income Certificate issued by competent authority
• First page of your bank passbook that clearly mentions your account number and IFSC details
• Admission receipt of the current semester
• Address proof
• Endorsement Letter from HoD

Renewal Candidates should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies). The students are hereby informed to make TWO (2) sets of photocopies of the original documents.

• Printed copy of Acknowledgement Slip for OASIS application
• Printed OASIS Application Form
• DOB document
• Mark sheets of the last qualifying semester
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority
• Aadhaar Card
• Income Certificate issued by competent authority
• First page of your bank passbook that clearly mentions your account number and IFSC details
• Updated bank passbook showing entry of last OASIS instalment received
• Admission receipt of the current semester
• Address proof
• Endorsement Letter from HoD

Schedule for submission of hardcopies and requisite documents by students: Any working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 am to 4 pm to the Office of DWO, BCW, Kolkata, Old Khadya Bhawan, 2^nd Floor, 11 A Mirza Ghalib Street, Kolkata – 700087.
