This is to be notified that the college is instructed to complete the institute level verification for AIKYASHREE Scholarship Application by 31.12.2024. (Memo no. 309/DK dated 25.11.2024.)

Students who have applied for AIKYASHREE (FRESH and RENEWAL) are requested to be present in the college premises on 16.12.2024 (Monday) for verification with the necessary documents as mentioned below. Verification of documents will be done at Room no. S19 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.

Kindly noted that 16.12.2024 is the last date of verification of Aikyashree related documents. No application will be entertained thereafter.

Applicants should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies).

• Filled up Printed Application Form of AIKYASHREE
• DOB document (Admit Card of Class X)
• Marksheet of Class X final examination
• Mark sheet of the last qualifying examination (Class XII) / Marksheets of the last year (last odd and even semesters for Sem III and Sem V applicants)
• Aadhaar Card
• Recent Family  Income Certificate (not older than 6 months)
• Admission receipt of latest odd semester
• First page of your bank passbook that clearly mentions your account number and IFSC details
• Marriage Certificate (if married)
• Endorsement Letter from HoD
