• Answer scripts and loose sheets required for Internal and Tutorial examination of semester V will be distributed from students’ section on 06.12.2024 and 07.12.2024.
• Departments who require question papers to be photocopied from office should contact with Mr. Swarup Halder and Mrs. Salma De on 05.12.2024 and 06.12.2024 (12:00 -2:00 pm).
• Attendance sheet for examinees will be provided by the committee to respective departmental email by 07.12.24. Each examinee should fill up and sign it on the day of examination (each paper).
• These signed attendance sheets are to be preserved by the department and scanned copies (duly signed and stamped by HoD) to be submitted to the Internal examination committee via email (internalexam.snggdcg@gmail.com) within 14.12.24.
• This is for the information of all faculty members that they may inform the following Internal Examination committee members regarding any problem/emergency faced while running the Internal and Tutorial examination.
