This is for the information of the all concerned that with reference to the C.U. Notification No. CSR/132/2024 dated 14/11/24, some amendments in the Modalities of the Compulsory Summer Internship of UG course under CCF 2022 are as follows

1. The compulsory Internship for U.G. Courses of Studies under CCF to be undertaken within the 6th semester and be undertaken at any suitable time of academic sessions and be evaluated only at 2nd /4th /6th Semesters of the academic sessions & may be concluded at least 15 days before the commencement of the concerned end semester examination.

2. The duration of internship may be 15 days to 30 days.

3. For all the enrolled students undertaking Internship, irrespective of taking exit or not, the marks obtained in the Internship shall have to be sent to the University through online portal in prescribed award slips of the enrolled students.

4. The Controller of Examinations shall announce the schedule for holding assessments of Internship and viva-voce from time to time.

5. The marks of Internship for the candidates with or without exit option shall be submitted to the University. The marks of project notebook (50 marks) and viva-voce (25 marks) shall be submitted separately.

No marks shall be credited if the students are not enrolled for that even semester end examination.

Both submission of Project note book and attending the viva–voce are mandatory. Any candidate failing to comply with either of the component shall be declared as unsuccessful in Internship.

Candidates have to obtain 30% of 75 marks, i.e., marks of project note book (50 marks) and viva-voce (25 marks) taken together.

6. The candidates shall pay an Internship fee of Rs.60/- along with the examination fees.
