This is for information to all concerned that the physical verification of UG 1st Semester (2024-25) students, provisionally admitted to the college from 24.09.2024 to 26.09.2024 during Phase I via standalone mode Online Provisional Admission for B.A./B.Sc. 4 Year (H/H.& R.) UG Courses will be held  as per below mentioned table for completion of their admission procedure.

 Documents for Scrutiny / Submission:

The detailed list of required documents is mentioned here below:

1. Signed printed copy of Application Form.
2. Fees payment Receipt.
3. Original Mark Sheet of H.S. or equivalent examination.
4. Self attested photocopy of Mark Sheet of last qualifying examination.
5. Original Admit Card of Madhyamik /age proof.
6. Self-attested photocopy of Madhyamik Admit card or age-proof.
7. Two copies of recent colour passport-size photograph.
8. Caste Certificate in original (only for SC/ST/OBC-A, OBC-B, issued by SDO or DM).
9. Self-attested photocopy of Caste Certificate.
10. Disability/ Divyangyan Certificate in original (only for PwD/PH candidates) if any
11. Self-attested photocopy of PwD/ Divyangyan (PH) Certificate if any.
12. Blood group Certificate i.e. blood test report (self attested copy).
13. Original and self attested photocopy of Character Certificate / School Leaving Certificate.

14. Original and self attested photocopy of EWS certificate from competent authority (2024-25).

15. Original and self attested photocopy of CU registration certificate (only for CU registered

candidates)

16. Original and self attested photocopy of Migration Certificate (not for WBCHSE, ISC, CBSE, NIOS)

17. Original and self attested photocopy AADHAAR Card

18. Admission cancellation certificate  and TC from other college, If already admitted in another college during previous year.

Note: In case, any discrepancy is found during the verification, the candidature of the concerned student will be cancelled.

The candidate must be present during the verification of testimonials. In emergency cases, guardians of the students must appear in the college along with an authorization letter by the student on 27/09/2024 at 11:30 a.m. along with the documents mentioned above. Absence of students and /or guardian in the above-mentioned date may lead to cancellation of admission at  Sister Nibedita Govt. General Degree College for Girls
