| This is to inform that the last date of application has been extended to 30.11.2022. Students who have applied for OASIS (FRESH AND RENEWAL) online are requested to be present in the college premises on 30.11.2022. Verification of documents will be done at Room no. S21 from 12 noon to 2 pm. Fresh and Renewal Applicants should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies). The students are hereby informed to make two (2) sets of photocopies of the original documents. - Printed copy of Acknowledgement Slip for OASIS application

- DOB document
- Mark sheets of the last qualifying examination or semester
- Caste Certificate issued by competent authority
- Aadhaar Card
- Income Certificate issued by competent authority
- First page of your bank passbook that clearly mentions your account number and IFSC details
- Admission receipt of the current semester
- Address proof
- Endorsement Letter from HoD
- Updated bank passbook showing entry of last OASIS installment received
