Ø All HoDs are requested to inform Internal Examination Committee about the students who have attendance below 60% course/paper wise. This is to be communicated via email (internalexam.snggdcg@gmail.com) within 28.01.2023 (Saturday). Ø The answer scripts and loose scripts required for semester I internal and tutorial examination will be distributed from College office on 20.01.203 (Friday) and 21.01.2023 (Saturday). Ø Departments who require question paper to be photocopied from office should contact with Mr. Swarup Halder and Mrs. Salma De on 20.01.203 (Friday) and 21.01.2023 (Saturday) within 11:30am -2:00 pm. Ø Attendance sheet for examinees will be provided by the committee to respective departmental email by 29.01.2023. Each examinee should fill up and sign it on the day of examination. |
